Well done to everyone who ran the Prestwold 10K on Sunday. Mo took another fantastic win and John McD a superb 4th (and first V40). It was wonderful to have Fiona back and she led our ladies team home. By my reckoning, there were PBs for John McD, Mike, Neil, Sam J, Gurmit and Randeep. Lots of other people performed well and I will do a round up of the County Standards next week.

Last week I forgot to mention Jackie’s bling from finishing 1st V50 in the Paphos Olympic Day 5K Night Race.
