Whatever you want to achieve, our coaching team can help you get the most out of your running. We offer structured sessions on Tuesdays. During the summer, these involve drills, running and strength and conditioning work. In the winter we offer hill and interval sessions. All of these sessions are open to everyone and activities are tailored to suit each runner’s aims and level of fitness. Structured work is not just about getting quicker, it’s also an important part of injury prevention.
We recognise that all runners are individuals and many factors go into developing an appropriate training plan; personal goals, motivation, time available, training age (how many years you’ve been running), history of injury etc. We are happy to work with you to develop a programme that fits what you want out of running; whether that’s to get quicker, achieve a specific time or simply to complete a race at an enjoyable pace.
