Slightly less exotic, we had several members out running the multi-terrain Shepshed 7. Nigel was the first Hogg finisher, bagging another Bronze Standard time. Charly (59.22) also gained her 5th distance for a Copper Standard. There were also outings for Ian (1.05.00), Lee (1.06.35), Cath (1.09.30) and Brian (1.29.00) who improved on his time for Stilton. Down in the Smoke, Dave W and Kathryn both ran quick times (42.46 and 44.32, respectively) at the Victoria Park 10K, with Kathryn finishing 1st V50.
