Your weekly round up sees Nigel braving the rain at Prestwold to wrap up his Bronze Standard with an excellent 1.20.29 clocking in the 10 mile race (a 26th place finish too). Strava tells me that Mike took on the super-tough Langdale Marathon, finishing in a little over 4 hours (no official results yet). It’s a two lap course, which means climbing up to Blea Tarn twice and High Close twice. Inspiring scenery, but a brutal course.
