Roadhoggs have a very inclusive ethos, we aim to make our main training sessions (Tuesdays & Wednesdays) accessible to all members.
The structured sessions held at Victoria Park most Tuesdays are often based on short circuits or intervals, so everyone can run at their own pace, complete as many reps as they are comfortable with, and still be in sight of other group members.
On Wednesday we offer 2 or 3 route variations, ranging from 4 to 6 miles. Our numbers mean that you can usually find someone who runs at your pace and new members will never be left alone on an unfamiliar route.
