I’ll start the round up with some results from a week ago. James Boyd has been putting in some fantastic training over the last year in anticipation of the Manchester to Liverpool Ultra. His hard work was rewarded with a superb 9th place (out of over 300) and he completed the 50 miles in 7.30.24. Well done to Rob (1.41.24) and Charlotte W (1.43.42), who both won their age categories in the Boston (Lincs) HM.

On Thursday, Gurmit (17.17) bagged another 2nd place in a Winter Series 5K and sons Ashveer (7th in a PB of 19.09) and Gurtej (20th in 24.04) also raced well.

On Sunday, Hayley (45.01) gained a top ten finish in the ‘Big 10K’ and Adele did 53.57.
