Kathryn has recently had a big birthday and is clearly enjoying her new age category. She had a Silver 10 mile Standard from earlier in the year but has now upgraded it to Diamond with 1.13.09 in the Yorkshire 10 (and bagged 1st in her age cat). David was also in ‘God’s own county’ at the weekend, knocking out another good Marathon (3.46.41). At the other end of the country, Helen A clocked 1.33.39 in the Great South Run (10 miles).
I missed Mike’s rapid run in the Royal Parks HM. They seem to be somewhat coy about releasing results, but Strava says he did 1.28.58. He backed that up this week with 1.29.11 in the bath Half.
At parkrun there was a P1 for Mo, P3 for Gurmit and PBs for Adele and Komal.
