Final results from the Rotherby 8 and final league standings can be found on lran.org.uk . Our vet ladies finished runners-up in Division 1 and our senior men gained promotion by finishing runners-up in Division 2. Our other teams all managed to secure their places in Division one, so next year all teams will be in the top division, something I’m not sure we’ve achieved before. Well done to everyone who ran.

Massive congratulations to Mo who won his ‘winner takes all’ battle with Matt Scarsbrook of Badgers for the Rotherby win and the overall League title. Congratulations to John McDonald on retaining his V40 crown and to Kathryn, who finished 3rd V45. Brian has long lobbied for awards to be extended to more senior age categories, so I’m sure that his well-deserved V75 award will feel very sweet indeed. Well done Brian.
