No fewer than 13 members completed the Ashby 20 yesterday. Looking at the times, some of the Marathoners might have forgotten they weren’t supposed to be racing; hopefully a bit of judicious R+R will have you back on track! Congratulations to: Sam J (2.24.20), Mike (2.30.43), Kathryn (2.33.45), David (2.35.48), Hayley (2.46.37), Katie (2.59.09), Anna (3.06.31), Charly (3.09.40), Alice (3.26.08), Marcus (3.26.09), Cath (3.34.05), Helen W (3.41.33) and Valerie (3.44.59). It was also good to see our Dutch branch (Stevie) running too (3.12.29).

Gurmit was busy too. He set a PB of 17.10 in winning the Winter Series 5K on Thursday and then hit the track on Saturday, recording a 17.11.11 PB in the 5,000m and then winning his heat in the 1,500m in a PB of 4.38.37.

No parkrun PBs, but it was good to see Mo and Matt L back after injury. Ian A was our other sub-20 man.
