On Thursday, Grace completed her first race, one of the night time 5 mile ‘Tunnel Vision’ events at Harborough, in 51.04. On Sunday, Sam J, Kathryn and Charly ran the Shepshed 7, Sam finished a very creditable 23rd and beat his previous times over the multi-terrain course. Kathryn won a prize as 2nd VF45 and Charly underlined her current good form with a Bronze Standard time. Finally, I ran a new fell race in Yorkshire called Soyland Moor.
